QA Evidence Pack End-User License
These terms govern the QA Evidence Pack browser extension (the Software) distributed by Datawerkes (Licensor) to the user (Licensee). Installing or using the Software means Licensee accepts these terms.
License grant
Datawerkes grants one named user a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on that user's devices for personal or commercial QA work. The user may create, retain, edit, and share reports and other exports containing their own work. Datawerkes claims no ownership of user-entered content or generated reports.
Restrictions
Licensee may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or provide the Software or its source code to others; bypass paid features or access controls; remove ownership notices; or use Datawerkes names or branding as their own. Reverse engineering is prohibited except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits it.
Responsibility and disclaimer
The Software is a documentation aid, not automated testing or legal, security, privacy, accessibility, or regulatory certification. Licensee remains responsible for testing, redaction, data handling, professional judgment, and release decisions. The Software is provided as is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or business results, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datawerkes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Its total liability concerning the Software will not exceed the amount Licensee paid for it. This license terminates upon material breach; Licensee must then stop using and remove the Software. User-created exports remain the user's content. Store terms govern distribution and payment; these terms govern Software usage.
