RESEARCH PRIVACY
Research survey privacy notice.
Effective August 16, 2026. Datawerkes LLC conducts structured research into focused governance, risk, and compliance work and supplier-quality evidence work. The survey is research, not a product purchase or service commitment.
What we collect
Responses contain structured categories about role, organization size, a recent workflow event, workflow steps and friction, recurrence, labor and consequence bands, current alternatives, budget, urgency, constraints, and bounded explanatory text.
Do not submit names, company names, customer or supplier identities, credentials, account numbers, internal identifiers, personal or patient data, controlled information, URLs, phone numbers, documents, screenshots, or confidential details. Suspected sensitive content is rejected before storage.
An optional business email may be submitted separately for aggregate findings or a future workflow-test notice. It is stored separately from the workflow response.
How we use information
Datawerkes uses the information to identify recurring workflow problems, compare market hypotheses, prioritize possible software experiments, and decide whether further research is justified. Survey answers are self-reported evidence and are not proof of demand or willingness to pay.
Storage and provider
Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 validate and store submissions. Datawerkes does not intentionally store raw IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referrers, advertising identifiers, or analytics/session-replay data in the research database. Cloudflare necessarily processes network and request metadata under its own terms and privacy disclosures.
Retention
- Raw research responses are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
- Derived non-identifying scores and aggregate counts may be retained for up to 24 months.
- Optional contact records are retained until consent is withdrawn, the purpose ends, or 12 months of inactivity, whichever occurs first.
- Rejected suspected-sensitive payloads are not intentionally persisted by Datawerkes.
Cloudflare D1 Time Travel may retain recoverable database states for up to seven days on the current Workers Free plan. A record deleted from the active database may remain recoverable by authorized account administrators during that period.
Choices and contact
Participation and contact opt-in are voluntary. You may submit a response without an email. To withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@datawerkes.ai.
